*i shoot 1000 ki blasts at dummys so they explode into 100 stacks of metal scraps*hmpt Too easy(1)

i shoot a galick gun into a wall and the wall shaters then i run laps around the building shooting ki blasts around raceing them(2)

*shoots a kamehameha up in the air and then bunch of ki blasts then a galick gun then i fly up and see how far they go(3)

ties 250 pound weights to my legs and runs around the building chaseing ki blasts that i shot and i caught up to them(4)

*then i shot ki blast then ran to the other side and shot ki blasts at them*i wonder*shoots a kamehameha up then flys up and shoots a galick gun at it and the kamehameha won*(5)

*set up dummys and plant super grow trees then shoot ki blasts at them until the break into little pieces*wow this thing really works*(1)

*then i shoot kamehamehas at trees and dummys so they just desenagrate inside the kamehameha*nice im getting stronger i can feel it(2)

*then i shoot a galick gun and it destroyed a whole forest and dummys inside and outside it and makes a giant crater*(3)

ties 500 pound weights to wrists and ankels and does punch kick combos on trees untill they snapped completley in half*(4)

*then shoots ki blasts rapidly in the air and then at targets that are 100 meters away and hit almost every one perfectly*(5)

then ties 500 pound weights to each ankel and sprints up the mountin then goes as fast as normaly does without weights(still has weights on)(1)

*then sets up robots that fight back and sets them to hard mode and puts them all around me then doges their attacks(2)

*then the 30 robots start to hit me so i do a kamehameha and spin around breaking them all into little tiny shreads*(3)

*then i start randomly fireing galick guns into space then starts to hit the targets destroys each and every one of the 50 targets*(4)

*i tie 500 pound weights to my wrists and ankels and swam against current for 20 miles then swan under water for 5 miles coming up for air whenever needed(5)

I shoot 3 kamehamehas at space and the explode makeing a wind of 75 miles per hour blow at me and slightly cut me and don't have to brace(1)

*I punch and kick in the air and then onto trees and dummys and do mutipul combos on diffrent kinds of targets untill they all burst*(2)

*tie 1000 pound weights to ankels and wrists and attack trees then practice dummys and then does combos on both trees and dummys*(3)

shoots ki blasts at trees and make them fall and then shoot a kamehameha at a group of of trees and destroys them (4)

*works on speed by running up and down mountins and across the training grounds and up and down mountins and across the training grounds with weights on*(5)

*keeps working on speed by running and jumping across tree branches and starts to go faster until reaches the right speed and is able to flicker a little bit*(1)

*then starts to flicker through dummys hitting their heads off with either a punch or a kick and ground is covered in hay*(2)

*then shoots ki blasts at dummys while flickering through the middle of dummys and shot holes through the middle of them(3)

*then pick up a tree and ties 200 pound weights weights and runs up a mountin and uses the tree to pull vault off te top of the mountin and goes 1000 feet(4)

I punch down a tree and put my legs on it then does 1,000,000 one handed push-ups then 2,000,000 two handed push-ups(5)
