brisk's training

brisk sprints up a mountin shooting ki blasts at trees working on speed and acuracy then stops near the top then ties rocks to his ankels then runs the rest of the mouintin then down then up again(1)

then flys up and practices my flying does backflips and makes sharp turns then flys in circles full speed till he is too dizzy to fly anymore(2)

hen puts heavy weights my back and does 1000 push ups....100.....200.....300.....400.....500.....600.....700.....800.....900.....1000 then takes the weights off(3)

lands combos on a dummy.....right left right left right left right left right left right kick to the head back flip kamehameha!!!!! destroys the dummy(4)

then gets up and does kamehameha to 10 dummys then rushes at them from the side and jump kicks their heads off if it already wasn't off(5)
